My heart and mind are still with 'details', last weeks prompt.  Trying to switch gears, and struggling with that, I pushed myself to draw/photoshop something for today's post.  'Nest' is this weeks prompt.  I feel out of my comfort zone!!!!

I might have gotten carried away with the many many details.  I never took to making collage, but I seem to like it in photoshop.

I added more details to my table set.  Wallpaper, floor and picture of moi.

Table And Stools

I painted a new IWOW set today.  The details were fun...it's all details!  The colors, the shapes, the black lines,  the making it stand, the flower, the sit stool, the other sit stool. It's life size but a little wonky.

Once Upon A Time There Was A Tree

I spent the last several hours contemplating 'details'.  What should I draw?  What interests me to look at?  I sketched a few things, slowing down, but feeling 'lost'.  Then I started to write 'once upon a time there was a tree.  once upon a time there was a big tree, once upon a time there was a purple tree'... as  I wrote I became thoroughly, delightedly engaged, and surprisingly 'lost' in changing the details of this once upon a time tree.  I marvel that I can change one simple detail and  the whole story changes.  Good to find 'my way'.

This weeks prompt 'details'.  What is a detail exactly?  Like an accessory?  Maybe I should have chosen 'accessories' as the prompt.   Or maybe 'nonsense' would have been good.
