I painted a new IWOW set today. The details were fun...it's all details! The colors, the shapes, the black lines, the making it stand, the flower, the sit stool, the other sit stool. It's life size but a little wonky.
I love your observation that it's all details! - the color, the shape, the size, the lines - i never thought of it that way before. Each detail adds to the picture in some way and makes it what it is - so a detail is a part of a whole- that is a definition (or part of one) i think i read online.

ReplyDeleteI like the juxtaposition of the photographed (?) stool and the painted stool. Somehow the scene seems different, lively with the combination.
