Doubting Directions

When I made this little sketch at first I had words "this way" inside the red arrow, but then realized, like following the heart, there may be no words, just a feeling, or image what to do.  The words confuse my impulse.  Which in this cartoon is to "listen" to the red arrow pointing a certain way.
